Omar Sterling Does Not Come Close To Amerado Likewise Lyrical Joe- DJ Slim

Outspoken DJ, Radio show host, and Business Manager for ABN’s Radio One, Daniel Gyan Kesse also known as DJ Slim claims Omar Sterling Of R2bess is nowhere close to Amerado when it comes to rap music.
DJ Slim said Omar Sterling raps but not to the level of being used as the benchmark for bar 4 bar, punchlines and flow in rap music in Ghana. He said Flowking Stone, E.L, Kojo-Cue, Strongman, Teephlow, Amerado and few others can be put is such category but not Omar Sterling.
“Amerado effortless does all these elements of rap music from the first to the last line of any music and we must put some respect on his name”.
The whole argument is about why Lyrical Joe won the award for the best rap performance at this year’s Vodafone Ghana Music Awards at the expense of Amerado if indeed he is the best rapper in Ghana as he claims.
Slim joined the argument going on the internet about who the best rapper is after Lyrical Joe replied Amerado’s verse on Finish Line song by Eno Barony which sort of ‘diss’ rappers in Ghana including the highest, Sarkodie and former label mate Strongman
He claims Amerado is better than Lyrical Joe when is comes to punchlines, bar 4 bar and flow hence the argument that Lyrical Joe is better than Amerado doesn’t hold water or maybe it is the english language that makes you think otherwise.
Amerado release a song title ‘Obiaa Boa’ which says anyone who claims to be the best rapper is a lair when he is around because he won the rapper of the year award at the 3 music awards this year.
